@ease is a recognised public benefit organisation dedicated to young people’s mental health. We believe that talking about things early can help prevent problems from growing and that young people often find it easier to open up to someone their own age. With your donation, you help us make this accessible support available to even more young people.
Sometimes, just one conversation is exactly what a young person needs to get back on track. That’s why young people can drop by @ease for free, anonymously, and without an appointment.
Our dream
We want every young person in the Netherlands to find a listening ear in time: before problems grow and they feel stuck. At @ease, young people can count on a place where they:

- Can get support for free
- Can drop by or chat without an appointment
- Being able to share their story anonymously
- Are welcomed by young people their own age
Would you like to support us?
Your donation helps us, among other things, to:
- Train and mentor more peer listeners
- Reach more young people and make sure they know they can turn to @ease
- Open new @ease locations
Your contribution helps us make the @ease walk-ins possible. We also invest in training and mentoring peer listeners, expanding our network, and reaching more young people. Each year, we provide a detailed account of our income and expenses in our annual report and financial report.
Yes. Would you like to organize a fundraising campaign for @ease? We’d love that! Whether you’re organizing a charity run, raising money at your birthday party, or taking action in some other way, every effort helps us offer a listening ear to more young people. Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities. We’d be happy to brainstorm ideas with you and, if possible, share your initiative on our social media channels.

Yes. Stichting @ease has held ANBI status since 2019. This means that your donation may be tax-deductible under certain conditions. In addition, we do not pay any gift or inheritance tax on donations, so your contribution can be used entirely to support young people.
