@ease plays an important role in suicide prevention. Our peers receive special training to recognize and gently respond to signs of suicidality. For young people struggling with suicidal thoughts, @ease offers a safe and caring space to speak openly, without fear or judgment. We listen, and when more help is needed, we guide them toward the right support.
During World Suicide Prevention Week (WSP), @ease Zwolle screened a compelling film about “Talking about Suicide; Breaking the Taboo”. In this film, volunteers from @ease Zwolle engage in conversation.
Do you want to talk to someone? That’s often easier with someone your age than with an adult. Whether you’re stressed, worried about school, or having thoughts of suicide: we listen. No judgment.
Come in whenever you feel like it. Here’s an overview of our locations and opening hours.
In Zwolle, @ease collaborates with Mindfit, Impluz, Youth Mental Health, De Kern, Travers Welfare, DoeKRACHT, and Stadkamer.
