Sometimes it’s busy, and you might have to wait a little before it’s your turn.
Keep the chat serious
Feel like testing the chat? That’s totally fine. Just don’t hold up the line with a fake story – others might be waiting for support.
Chatting with a man or woman
Prefer to talk to a man or a woman? Just let us know when you start the chat. If someone’s available, we’ll do our best to make it happen. But you might have to wait a bit. We can’t promise anything, since our volunteers rotate.
