Mental health is becoming an urgent issue in schools. Many students face stress, sadness, and pressure to do well, yet professional help can feel like a huge step. @ease offers a gentle alternative, a safe, free, and anonymous space where young people can talk openly with peers who truly listen.

- Workshops or classroom talks
Our volunteers are young adults who often have personal experience with mental health challenges. Because they understand what it’s like to be in the shoes of today’s students, they can connect in an open, genuine way. They talk about exam stress, performance anxiety, social pressure, loneliness, bullying, or the impact of family changes. We help young people understand their emotions, open up conversations about mental well-being, and show that talking can truly make a difference, at @ease and beyond. - Information for teachers and parents
We also offer presentations for teachers and parents. These presentations discuss the adolescent brain, barriers young people face in seeking help, and how you, as an adult, can play a supportive role.
When life’s a little off
Many young people carry their worries alone for too long. Mentors, teachers, and school counselors are often the first to see when a student is struggling. But professional care isn’t always the right or immediate step. Sometimes, talking to someone your own age is exactly what’s needed to start feeling better.
@ease as a bridge
Some challenges require professional help, but long waiting lists can make that difficult. During that time, @ease can help lighten the load. Our volunteers are there to listen, offer support, and help young people cope while they wait for the next step in their care.
