From today you can also visit @ease in Amsterdam South East. It is the 15th location in the Netherlands and the 3rd in the capital, in addition to the locations in Oost and De Pijp.
The new @ease living room is now open at Tafelbergweg 8, inside the De Tafelberg residential complex. Open every Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, young people aged 12 to 25 are welcome for a free, confidential talk with trained peers, about anything they’ve been carrying alone. For example:
- the pressure to always be on
- doubts about who you are or want to be
- the feeling that you have to adapt to the group
- setting boundaries, even if it feels uncomfortable
- social fatigue, while you don’t seem to have anything to complain about
