What happens if you share a concern or complaint with us?

When you submit a report or complaint, it goes directly to our Complaints Desk. They will review the situation and look into it carefully. If you leave your contact details, you’ll hear back from us within four weeks.

Not okay with our reply? Tell us, we’ll get back to you within four weeks.
