Get involved
@ease is powered by a community that truly cares about young people and mental health. Thanks to volunteers, professionals, donors, and ambassadors, our walk-in spaces stay open and we reach more young people every single day.
You too can contribute in a way that suits you:
1. Support us with your time
With your time, you can make a difference. For instance:
As a volunteer at @ease, you become part of something meaningful. You’re there for young people aged 12 to 25 when life feels tough or out of balance. Read more about what it means to volunteer at @ease.
Professionals are also welcome to volunteer at @ease. For more information, see the ‘Professional’ section.
At @ease young volunteers – often of the same age as the visitors – work together with professionals: experienced youth workers, psychologists, neighbourhood teams and other social workers.
As a professional, you support and coach our volunteers, help reflect on difficult situations and join conversations when needed. This role is ideal for professionals who want to empower young people without taking over, who believe in the power of peer support and who want to give space to young people’s voices.
Would you like to volunteer (self-employed or through your current employer) to help young people? Then contact the @ease location in your area. We’ll be happy to schedule an introductory meeting.
It’s important to us at @ease that young people can co-decide about what concerns them.
The members of the youth council give advise to the managementteam (MT) on a range of topics: from communication and accessibility to policy and implementation.
Are you looking for a paid position at @ease? We share our vacancies via LinkedIn. Follow us there to stay updated on new opportunities to support young people in a professional role.
2. Support us with a donation
With your contribution, we can reach, train and support even more young people.
Thanks to the CBF certfication, you can be sure your donation is in good hands.
You can donate easily via the QR code on this page, or get in touch with us first if you’d like to discuss your donation.
3. Support us with your voice
The more @ease gets known, the more young people will come and talk to us.
It’s super important for young people to recognize themselves in the stories we share. It takes away the feeling that they’re all alone.
Personal stories make a difference and make other young people think: hey, I recognize this, so I’m not the only one. Do you want to share your story, use your voice, or put your platform to work for @ease? Contact us. We’re open to every form of collaboration.
Send an email to communicatie@ease.nl.
You can also make a difference with a like. By following @ease on social media and liking or sharing our posts, you help us to increase our reach. The more people get to know us, the more young people will find their way to us.

@ease can contribute with stories from experience, input about content or a young volunteer telling their story as a speaker. @ease might be a great fit in a series on resilience, prevention or peer support.
Let us know – we’re open to collaboration. Email communicatie@ease.nl.
Would you like to point others to @ease? Gladly! We love it when as many young people, healthcare professionals, teachers, parents and policymakers know that @ease exists. This way, more young people can get help with their struggles — easy, free, and anonymous. Download our flyer and poster.
However you support @ease: thank you🙏
