Codes of conduct and guidelines

The @ease Foundation endorses the Code for Good Governance of the Dutch Association of Philanthropic Organisations (SBF). This code promotes the effective and efficient development of the social activities of philanthropic institutions. Integrity, quality and transparency are the core values in this regard.

This regulation sets a maximum standard for the remuneration of directors of charitable organisations in the Netherlands. The remuneration of the director of Stichting @ease will be in accordance with this regulation. This will be explained in our annual report.
